Marie has been brilliant at helping us sell our house and has also given us some great advice on purchasing our new home. She really did take away a lot of the stress that comes with selling and took control of the whole process from arranging the initial valuation, photos, viewings and negotiating the sale. I really feel I had a great experience with Marie. We met through viewing a house and then came onboard as a sourcing client to find us a house off market. Although we ended up finding a home first, Marie helped with securing the house for us. She is well connected and had great relationships with the agents so basically sealed the deal for us!!!! Marie has been brilliant and found me a buyer in very difficult market conditions. Wilson Property prepared an excellent sales presentation including Rightmove script, video and plans. She and her team helped in presenting our property to best effect with minimal change. She worked well round our family members in the property too. She handled all the viewings. I asked Wilson Property Group to sell my mum’s house to enable her to move into a retirement flat. Wilson’s were fantastic at every stage, even helping her finance the purchase of the new property, which gave us time to get the house ready for market. What is really important is having an agent who acts with ‘agency’ on your behalf, especially when things don’t go to plan. When it became clear that Mum’s buyer wasn’t going to be in a position to complete the purchase, Wilson’s immediately sprang into action. From putting the house back on the market, they had secured a new buyer within 6 days AND managed to negotiate a price that matched the original offer. Mum is delighted and settled in her new home, with funds to secure her lifestyle and it is a huge relief to the family.
