This is a great clinic! The brand new facilities makes the visit more enjoyable, but the best attribute is the people. From the front desk personnel, including Vanessa, who is always smiling, and the rest of the ladies who are so helpful and friendly. The medical assistant is a sweetheart, she really makes a difference in always performing a thorough review, always with a smiling concern for my well-being. Jessica is my favorite physician ever. She makes me feel very comfortable, and she treats me more than a patient. She gives me alternative for my care, and has a friendly two way communication, something very rare these days. Kudos to everyone, and keep up the great work!!

My family have been patients of PedIM since they came to the Lecanto area. They have a beautiful new location in Inverness that my most recent appointment took place. I was taken back within 15 mins of my appointment time.
I saw Katrina Muench, and she entered the room less than 15 mins of the medical assistant leaving.
She was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be seeing this provider at this location for future appointments.

I had an amazing experience today at PEDIM with Meagan-P.H! She is truly awesome—very thorough, attentive, and really listens to her patients. Even when my concerns were minor, she made me feel important and valued. The assistant who came in first(my apologies) I cannot remember her name, but she is very thorough and awesome and listens just as well! The facility is one of the cleanest and best I’ve ever visited, and the staff is always welcoming. Honestly, I don't mind the 51-minute drive at all—it’s worth it every time! Highly recommend!

I went in to get antibiotics & steroids for suspected flue, covid or pneumonia. I would like to give a high praise to Addison who was kind, caring, professional and all out amazing!

Dr. Martinez is wonderful!!! My mom has dementia and she was able to keep her smiling while making sure her medical needs were being met. Great people skills. The office staff are AMAZINGLY kind, helpful and just the kind of staff you’d want helping you.

All the staff are always upbeat, friendly and happy to help. Meagan at the E Gulf to Hwy location is awesome. I told her how much I appreciated that she saw me and my test numbers and not just the general recommended procedures that will generate revenue. She pauses and waits for more information rather than unquestioningly running more tests. You know by her demeanor that she genuinely cares and is respectful broaching touchy issues. You can’t know how happy I am to have found them. 100 % recommend to everyone. It is also wonderful that in the waiting room, they have on the wall that “prevention is better than any cure.”

I'm so impressed by all staff and their kindness. The expertise all doctors demonstrate, tells me that they know what they are doing.
They are the best. I really like that they listen and are ready to give you advice but also take care of your issues. I feel they have your best health interest. I highly recommend them.

The employees and the doctor were friendly and knowledgeable in their positions. The only problem I had was the wait time. It was almost 2 hours before the doctor came in the room. However, to come to his defense, he was training a new doctor at the practice. Once he entered my room with the new doctor and 2 other employees, he took adequate time with me. He’s an excellent doctor along with his staff. I highly recommend this practice.
