This is a two part review the first condo experience I would give a 3.5 stars but the 2nd condo I would give 5 stars. The first condo we got was on Mission Beach in unit 209. The photos made the unit look more modern than it was. The bathrooms were small and dated. The closets had rusted metal clothes racks we chose not to use. If you get to park in the garage just know it is a tight fit but & is as scary as it looks getting into it. Halfway through our stay a main water pipe burst. It happened early in the morning and staff from Nancy’s Vacation Rental finally returned our call by 10am. Once we explained what happened the staff at Nancy’s were great. They couldn’t find us another unit that n the beach but did find us a beautiful condo Pacific Blue #211 a block off the beach and still in PB.
It was spacious, great upkeep, modern & safe. Our only complaint was each bathroom could have used more towels and washcloths. The hallway bathroom only had towels no washcloths. Great parking in a big garage also.

We were so fortunate to stay at a beachside rental with Nancy’s Vacation Rentals! The home was super well maintained and check in was simple. Many ways to contact the hosts and just an incredible place with views for days! Highly recommend booking with these folks.

We stay in one of Nancy’s Condos every time we visit San Diego and it’s always a wonderful experience. This location is fantastic and the condo is truly special, with more storage and cooking space than any of the other condos in this building.

The view of the bay is fantastic and you can walk out the door and onto the beach. It has a great kitchen, bedroom and a fireplace to cut the chill every day in the winter.

Another wonderful Mother and daughter vacation with Nancy's Vacation Rentals. We stayed in Jeff's Penthouse Riviera Villa again, with its unparalleled views, you will find it hard to leave the condo, lots of great people and pet watching on the beach. Very clean, well appointed. Convenient assigned parking, easy walk to restaurants and shops, a good value for the location. Over the years we have used multiple vacation agencies for our family get togethers none are as customer service focused as Nancy's. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We just returned from a long weekend at Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach. We stayed in unit 910. It was amazing! Everything was so smooth with all the communications upfront, the check in process and everything along the way. We thought it was a great value. The location was perfect. Really couldn’t ask for more! Check it out. I’m sure you and your family would love it there as well.

We just returned from a 4 night stay at Capri by the Sea in Pacific Beach. We stayed in unit 911. View from unit was fantastic. Also loved listening to the waves and watching the surfers. Spent one afternoon on the beach and also used the hot tub. Easy to walk to many restaurants. A short drive to La Jolla.

This place was amazing. The details of everything in the room were spectacular. From having everything you need for a beach day, nightstands with wireless charging, to electric fireplaces in each room was beautiful. Definitely would stay there again. The photo is our view from the room beach front!!
