We had a very positive experience using Mark and his team to sell our home in Sonoma. He was thorough, thoughtful and an excellent communicator throughout the entire process. Shout out to his esteemed team of professionals who also were incredble to work with: his assistant Lynn Ochoa, who is a rock star all by herself, designer Barbara Carter, amazingly gifted, and Jaimes & Guillermo who did all needed upgrades including repairs and painting with a cheerful attitude the entire time. We did all that Mark recommended to get our house ready for market and it sold quickly for a fair price. I highly recommend Mark and his team. He is honest and a man of great integrity.

Although we had the confidence of an excellent referral to Mark Stornetta, as Canadians unfamiliar with the Santa Rosa area market, we did not know what to expect. Within 5 minutes of the start of our first phone call, we eyed each other's silent approval. We had difficult properties to sell while our lives were upset by circumstances surrounding the properties.
