I'll give Michelle 2 stars because she knew her stuff when it came to searching for a home and was very helpful and friendly on the front end. HOWEVER, as soon as I signed my offer letter on my house, it took forever to get a response out of her, she was not motivated to make anything happen, and flat out lied to me on a few issues. Her behavior after the offer was accepted on the house was basically "well, I already got my commission, on to the next one." Whenever she did answer, she refused to ask the seller about early occupancy, "forgot" to follow up on any requested repairs after the inspection and final walkthrough, and just in general seemed like she wasn't on my side at all. She also did not disclose until the day before closing that she was good friends with the seller. Extremely shady, if you are looking for a real estate agent that you can trust to be on your side, please go elsewhere.

Angela helped me both buy and sell my home. She went above and beyond, working all hours of the day and night to make sure I was getting everything i had set out to. She has great knowledge of real estate but also the inspection process, valuation process and works closely with your legal team. Shes is your advocate and on your side 150%. She will do whatever she needs to do for a smooth close and a happy client. Ill be contacting Keller Williams Angela again for my next move!

Our realtor Dorothy Haenggi was such a breeze to work with. She mapped out the best route to view all of the houses we wanted to see and in the end we put an offer on in on the first one (our top choice). Despite 30 other offers we GOT IT!!! Her network of mortgage lenders, inspectors, insurance brokers and attorneys made the whole process seamless with not a single hiccup and washed away all of the worries we had from horror stories we’d heard about buying a home.

As a first time home buyer was very nervous and unsure of how the home buying process is. Met Shalene at an open house, while at the open house she mentioned several options, grants and loans that could help ease the home buying process. A few days later was ready to sign the contract.
Was a long process, heart break Shalene helped me keep going, and was very patient at explaining all the questions I had as best as she could, and if she didn't know the answer would get back to me with it. Just when I was ready to give up on the home search. She had an open house and called me telling me she really wanted me to see this house. She had listened to my needs for the house and when I saw the house I knew it was going to work out for all of my needs. I wouldn't be here without her help and guidance.

Barbara Kivi listed a home failing to disclose salient facts. When brought to her attention she verbally attacked one of the owners, aggressively snapping that the property had already been inspected and the perspective owners were "happy" with it. Shirking fiduciary duties and any shred of professionalism and decency, it would be prudent to know this particular realtor is more preoccupied with malicious neighborhood gossip and her own commissions, that she refused the opportunity to know or disclose the truth about what she is attempting to pawn off.

We were able to get our house sold but that was about the only thing that went right throughout the process. There was a complete lack of communication. This was our first time selling a house and our realtor was less than helpful. Occasionally we had a question regarding how things worked and we would either never hear back or it would take her days to reply. During our open house, she sat on the couch staring at her phone instead of greeting buyers. She also gave buyers inaccurate information regarding recent updates done to our home. When we realized things weren't working out, we reached out to the broker to try and switch realtors (within the same company). I've never had someone speak down to me like that woman did. I couldn't get a full sentence in without her cutting me off and making up an excuse for her realtor. She didn't want to hear anything or listen to logic. We were far from high maintenance sellers, we just asked that we had some communication during the selling process. We were not allowed to switch realtors in the end. We stayed cordial and respectful throughout. On our closing day, we never even got a call from the realtor or a congratulations. We actually had to call the lawyers office and ask if closing was all set because we had no idea what was even going on. It really goes to show you that this company works for the money and not the customer. You'll also notice many of their top rated reviews are from people that work for the company...
