I had the best experience with IMR. Seriously they are the most sweetest people ever. I got the sneak peek blood work and she was so professional, gentle, and extremely kindhearted. She took my blood in the most gentle way possible. They helped me get in fast and really took the time to take care of me and help me out since I was in a time crunch. I cant thank the staff enough for making my experience so wonderful. I left and it honestly made my whole day how kind they were. I will return in the future for any services I need that they can provide for and I will highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much again for the wonderful experience!

I am a psychologist who works to provide the best care for my patients. This company (EMSI Jacksonville, FL) handles short term disability claims. I received a call to contact them with my address. I called three times always getting automated machines and left the correct address. They sent the needed forms to a previous office. I drove to that office and faxed the forms immediately. The next day, I received a curt message asking "when I would be able to complete the forms." I called and finally spoke to a person who informed me the forms were indeed there and she apologized. Two weeks later, I received a call from the patient saying the short term disability was held up because EMSI was waiting on the form (and diagnosis) from me. This is absolutely horrible business and unethical to do to patients who are already trying to manage difficult situations. I am going to try, once more, to talk to somebody in management. UNACCEPTABLE!

Who ever is in charge of Medical Records is completely unprofessional and rude. I myself work in the medical field, got a call (the lady did not introduce her self or give a name) she was terrible at her job! Hung up on me on multiple occasions. Completely unprofessional and rude!

Worse experience ever since it seems that they're always busy. I called multiple all throughout different times on different dates and the machine would always pick up. Website doesn't even give you hours of operations....horrible customer experience! If you have a choice do yourself a favor and do not go to this location if you can avoid it! If I could give half of star I would!
