Horrible experience. Went in on a Saturday afternoon. Not 1 employee greeted us. We walked around inside & outside for almost 40 minutes...employees outside hanging & smoking- not 1 hello. Went inside to use the bathroom before we leave, employees at their desks back by the bathroom. I asked for help. Not 1 employee helped me. I came in to buy a 16,000 4 wheeler. Bye I went to Indiana where they say hello!!! Attached is my new ride.

This dealership is great and professional. Walked in was asked if I needed assistance. Was not hounded and harassed. Was pointed in the direction of what I was looking for, they gave me time to look around while ensuring that I had all my questions answered. Just the right amount of space without having to search for help. Picked up an amazing 2023 Indian Springfield. Worked with Mike Kay to make my purchase. He was professional and straight forward. Got everything done in a timely manner without wasting my time. Did not pressure me and helped me get my purchase wrapped up. 100% recommend dealership and asking for Mike Kay. Finished up with the finance specialist Thomas Palmer and he made sure I understood everything that was included or what options I had. Did not push anything on me. Understood that I was in a time crunch and expedited all of my purchase paperwork. Followed up after to check how everything went and to see if I had any follow up questions. Made the experience 10/10. Thank you guys

First, I love the bike. Sadly, 20 minutes after riding the bike from the dealership, it cut off on the highway. They did immediately send someone to pick me and the bike up from the highway. Turns out there were some electrical wiring issues. While they did fix the bike (and so far it’s running great) it makes me wonder how the bike was said to have been inspected and they missed it. The dealer isn’t the most organized when it comes to operations either. We went back and forth on the bike being shipped from their Florida location to Chicago. I had to keep calling to get updates. They were professionally and friendly through the whole process, but they could improve overall. So, 3/5 stars for me.
