I went in optimistic and left satisfied beyond my previous expectations. The amazing lady that did my nails was thorough, kind and patient. She took her time with shaping, filling and hand painting the stars C: I am in love with this set, i showed a reference picture and she was so willing to let me change it up and get exactly what i wanted!! Atmosphere of the spa is on par with the quality of service. I love the luxe tropical vibe! Thank you so much! I will be back for my fill and future full sets!

Liem did a great job, my nails were done quickly and painlessly, not cuts. He got the exact shape I wanted and my nails feel nice and lightweight. The salon was clean and I was pleased with the polish color options, they had an updated selection. Will definitely be returning, thank you!

Great job! Called late on a Tues afternoon and they got me in right away for powder dip. Impressed with the huge location, clean and tasteful decoration and my nail tech was experienced and did great work - I just opted for a neutral beige pink base color with a layer of glitter gel over the top. Nails are nice and thin, perfectly shaped and finished. This will definitely be my new "go to".

The staff here is very racist. I came here on Mother’s Day with my mom and the treatment we got was very rude. They did not cut our cuticles and did a very sloppy job on our nails and when I asked the staff about it, they tried to fix it but were rude about it. My mom got a pedicure but they did not even scrub her ankles! Overall, the treatment was bad, my mom doesn’t speak much English and they did not treat us well at all. They tried to rush us as probably they had a busy day due to Mother’s Day but they treated the other customers really well. Fancy looking place with rude staff, will NOT recommend for people of color.

My nails look ok. I arrived for my appt at 12:30 today and the girl gave me the colors to look at and then went in the break room and didn’t come out for awhile. It was just weird and unorganized. They didn’t seem to understand I had an appt. She was talking to her male coworker and they looked like they were arguing a bit. They had some sort of issues with scheduling as a lady showed up for her appointment and they told her to come back in 45 min. She left angry. She was upset and I didn’t blame her. That’s how you lose paying customers. You could tell they did not have a good system with the appts/walk ins because of the way they acted when people came in. They told another lady to come back in 30 min and then weren’t ready so she said she’d come back at 3. The tech that did my nails was kinda of nice but hard to communicate with. It was my first time coming in so it was not a good first impression at all on their professionalism. I doubt I will return…. Kind of disappointing.

Aside from the drill bit and rough filing they did constantly making me bleed and hurt, the nails themselves were good, they were super cute and none of them fell off until i wanted to take them off, but I felt like they definitely overcharged me. Probably simply because I’m young. I was charged 90$ for a very short french, which is the highest i’ve ever paid for a very short (not medium) french. Take this as however you’d like, but I will be looking for a new nail tech.

This is the third time I’ve come in to have a full set done-only to be sat in a chair for an hour and then told they actually “don’t have time today.” I am beyond upset with the management/owner of this business. Won’t be back again. And in response to your response.. No. you told me when I walked in that you could do all of our nails no problem and there was not a single customer there. Then let me sit there for an hour and said after all that time waiting that you couldn’t do it afterall because you had another walk-in.
