Contacted on 11.10.2024, I could decide to select my new home sweet home on 7.11.2024. In between, I had opportunity to visit more than 10 accommodations, all matching most of my criteria. Being in France to find accommodation in Warsaw, all has been arranged remotely. Mateusz even supported me for other stuff like bank services.

Na plus: bardzo sprawnie przeprowadzony proces najmu i szczegółowe zdjęcia z przekazania apartamentu.
Na minus: trzeba uważać na zapisy w umowie pośrednictwa - prowizja w wysokości 100% plus VAT dotyczy całej kwoty najmu wraz z czynszem administracyjnym.
