Dr. Kaif is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to carefully assess my needs and concerns in a friendly and instructive manner. Her office staff actually answer my phone calls rather than use message machines, which is a rarity for doctor offices these days. She’s the best family doctor I’ve ever had in my 75 years.

Really unprofessional. When patients take time off work weeks ahead to complete an appointment, and the company calls 5 hours before its to start to cancel, stating the Dr has other things that take care of, and completely unwilling to even TRY to get me rescheduled. My needs are also important but I can tell that this company does not see their patients needs that way. The front desk lady who hung up on me twice and would not give her name says a lot about a company as well. I looked for a long time to find a place that I thought had patients needs in mind. But it seems that whatever the Drs. needs are that day will override the patients.

Dr Kaif takes time to really listen to her patients. She provided helpful suggestions and information to improve the quality of my health. She effectively uses technology and my patient data to identify health problems. I believe she really cares about her patients. A real person answers her office phone instead of frustrating patients with an electronic message system.

Been going here for 4 or 5 years now. Always been happy with the staff and care. They seem to lean more on natural medicine like supplements and things of that nature when it makes sense rather then being pill pushers, which I can appreciate, but still didn’t hesitate to write me a reasonable Rx when I was having some bad shoulder pain and other health issues that required medicine.

Dr. Kaif and her staff are great. They are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaif really cares about her patients and takes the time to figure out what her patients need. She explains everything and actually shows her patients how to follow the glycemic index and encourages them to do research. I’m very happy I was recommended to go to her.

I have been a patient with IM Specialists for the last 21 years. I never had a complaint or reservation about the facility or the staff. Sue Ann Ringer are my heroes. Sue Ann listen to the patient and very responsive toward refills or lab results, and she is very knowledgeable. Every visit is a positive experience for me. The receptionist and the staff are outstanding and a please to deal with them. I strongly recommend them for other patients. God Bless.

I am a happy and very satisfied beneficiary of this facility and highly recommend this facility and their care. Dr Kaif is very kind and knowledgeable. Quality time Dr Kaif spends with us really helps us to connect with her and she learns knows more about us and personalizes our care. She never prescribed me anything that's commercially popular but gives only that I need and my insurance supports. Front desk staffs and nurse practitioners as well are very kind and friendly. I am really satisfied with this facility.

Exceptional expertise and care!
