This office was exceptional. When I went to pick up my rental, I experienced the easiest most pain-free checkout process EVER!! It literally took under 15 min from start to finish. Amazing! And all of the girls in the office were super friendly. I 110% would recommend!!!!

After dropping off my car to be serviced, I needed a rental car to drive home and back again (3 hours each way) and chose Enterprise because they had been very reliable in the past. I found the rental office to be very efficient and professional, and the staff members very helpful and friendly. I picked up the rental and returned it without any problems; they even picked me up where my car was being serviced and drove me back when I returned. I highly recommend.

I was sent to this location via my insurance company after 60 days of craziness with the insurance company to finally approving my car body work after it was stolen, retrieved but damaged. I picked up a rental here from Enterprise but it had problems. I requested to switch me to another car. Hailey, Ty, Antonio and especially Cassey we're so kind, professional and patient with me. They switched me to another car and treated me with so much respect. I truly recommend you to rent your car from them. Thank you guys.

Ty was very helpful and professional. While I was completing an online information request for details omitted from insurance company when they set up the rental, Ty called me. We completed the information over the phone. I informed Ty of vehicle requirements and when my vehicle was going in for repairs. On the day of pickup, Ty verified my information and showed me to a vehicle they actually held for our consideration of vehicle requirements. I was assured if my wife had any difficulty getting in or out of vehicle to get to post op therapy, that he'd be happy to replace it with something different. It turned out to be just right. Everything aspect of the rental process, the rental, and the return were exemplary. I'd recommend Enterprise and this store in particular to others looking for a rental.

I made reservation, got the confirmation email & I get there for them to tell me they don’t have any cars available? Why was I sent the confirmation email in the first place. So then here I go ordering another Uber…I get to the one in N Clovis Avenue…&&&& Second, they now require a credit card? Why? All my funds are in my debit card that they had previously used not even a month prior. Third, their prices went from $35 a day to $61 a day for a mid size car…. Fourth why do y’all need a utility bill now? They just really weren’t trying to help me. So then I order the third Uber of the day to just drive me to work which I was late for. Thanks to this unfortunate event. By now I have spent triple what I needed to spend all because they falsely advertised that they had availability? Poor Uber driver was trying to comfort on the way because I couldn’t even breathe from the embarrassment I just went through. Thanks for the emotional damage enterprise. Yes, I posted this to both locations.

I was in a car accident and all I had to do was show my conformation number to the enterprise associates and they were able to locate my claims number and I was in and out with my rental car less than 30 minutes. My car was in the shop for repairs for about 1 week. When I picked up my car from the shop enterprise had advised me that I could leave the rental car at the shop and everything will be email to me once they had the rental car back at their facility. This was super helpful because I didn't have anyone to take me back to enterprise after I picked up my car from the shop. This team's effort to ensure that this transition from getting the rental car to retuning it back was amazing. I recommend this location off of Clovis Ca. Thank you again team.

What keeps me going back to rent cars from Enterprises are the friendly customer service and the reasonable price on the rentals. The staff at the Clovis location were tentative and went above and beyond in trying to satisfy their customers. The two staff who mostly made me feel valued as a customer at the Clovis location are Joseph and Megan. Besides their friendly customer service attitude, they would go above and beyond to address any concerns I have. Also, the pickup and drop-off services are super awesome service and have made the rental process easy and convenient for me.
