We have used Choice Estates quite a lot over the last few years. We mainly dealt with David who we found to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable and honest about the local area. We've dealt with David in both buying houses and renting them out. He always got back to us when he said he would and any messages we left when we phoned the office were always passed on. We've dealt with a lot of other estate agents in both Middleton and Heywood and only wished we had discovered Choice Estates sooner mainly down to David.

Also recently have dealt with Emma & Jack in the office who have been great to deal with too.

Highly recommend Choice Estate Agents in Heywood. 10/10.

I've dealt with a number of estate agents covering Accrington, Rawtenstall and Blackburn recently and this is the best hadns down. Nothing is too much trouble, they're really efficient and treat each tenant as an individual. 3 days after we moved into our property we've had 2 new windows sorted because they weren't fully up to scratch. So refreshing from what we've had to deal with in the past!!!

Was communicating with Adele the whole time and she was sooo helpful. She always responded fast, allowed me to ask any questions needed and went out of her way to meet my needs. The process of getting out house was so smooth and easy we couldn’t believe it. All of the staff in there are lovely and friendly and very approachable. They gave us a nice little box of goodies for our move and all the support in the world. The even got us a massive tub of paint, rollers and brushes. Can’t fault them 🙂 thank you for everything!

We put our first proprty on with choice and its proved to be a good decision!
David walker (manager) helped us through the whole process and made it simple.
He even organised an electric consumer board to be fitted and a gas check in one day!
The property rented the same day!
Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were courteous and professional throughout the process.

In 20 years of renting I've never had a worse landlord and I have had a few bad ones believe me! They promise the world when you move in, let you decorate the property and add value, they do minimal jobs to cover over major issues leaving people in a property riddled with damp with an 18 month old baby. Then increase your rent. Avoid at all cost if you do have to use these then make sure you record and photograph everything!

Absolute bunch of jokers. Wanted to get a contract changed, every time I called the person I needed to speak to was conveniently on another call, or out of the office. I tried over 20 unanswered emails, and many phone calls over a 5 month period and no response. The only way they talk to you is when they want something (late rent was the only time I ever got a response from them)
Glacial drift might make a more responsive estate agent.
