So disappointed!! We were pumped to try this place. Where do I even start with this review I'm being nice with three stars.... Smallest crispy chicken sandwich in history for $7!! Which was terrible tasting too (see cfa across street and canes next door), seasoned fries meant regular fries with some sprinkling of seasoning at the end which all fell off, burgers were all luke warm at best, and to boot NO SWEET TEA!!!

Very good burger with lots of meat choices. Angus beef, chicken grilled or fried, salmon, falafel, turkey and lamb. Fries are cut like chips. I had the lamb greek burger which had goat cheese on it and liked it. The rest of the fam got turkey lettuce wrap, cheeseburger and sliders and everyone liked the food. They have wings, chicken strips and shakes and a few other things as well. Nice job with the menu +staff was friendly. I will be back.

UPDATE: We went back to give them another try in hopes of having a better experience after the response left by the owner. It was MUCH better this time around and the food was still just as good. I'm glad to know that our previous experience was not a regular occurrence and we will be back for more.

ORIGINAL POST: I'll start buy saying the food is extremely good, which is the ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars. However, the experience we had here was terrible. When we arrived there was only 1 table there before us without food. We ordered 2 burger combos and waited just short of 30 minutes. Not only that but the workers in the front and one of the cooks in the back were arguing and yelling at each other. Several customers asked for a refund and left, and I don't even blame them since we paid $25 just for our 2 combos plus tip. It was honestly a terrible experience, and although the girl who brought our food was apologetic, I can't say I would come back again, at least not until they get their issues sorted out.

The burgers are delicious, that got them an extra star. The service is awful. My first time in the service was bad, but I thought, maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Visited again today and the service was terrible again. I watched four or five parties clean their own tables before sitting down to wait for food, while one worker stood behind the counter making milkshakes and joking around with friends. The gentlemen that own this franchise seems very nice, but they let the employees stand around and do nothing while the dining area and bathrooms are a big mess. The employees are rude, they need training on customer service...they made mistakes on the order and spilled food on my wife, and they never apologized and they asked if it was okay to just eat the wrong order vs fixing it because it takes 10-15 minutes to remake food. It’s a new place, they are still working out the kinks, but the biggest problem is staff and service, they need to fix that before we ever come back.

Went there for the first time today, they were not the slightest busy. Young lady welcomed me and explain a few options. The service was mediocre and the food was bland. The atmosphere was nothing to brag about even though it’s a new establishment. I ordered the angus burger meal and was charged $10.80. For the price and lack of flavor I should have just gone to Wendy’s. Let just say I won’t be back and I don’t see them lasting long. It’s unfortunate. 😒

I was looking forward to trying this place.
Came in for the first time today. They were out of the angus burger. (The burger I wanted) so I said ok sure I’ll try something else. I ordered bacon and cheese fries and was told the cheese isn’t ready and will take a looooooong time. Really Not my problem. We were also 1 of 2 customers there and waited a long time 🙁 we witnessed a family and a fireman leave because of everything being “out” it’s a little expensive, takes a while, and they’re out of the majority of items. My 12 year old hungry sister says: “we should’ve never picked this place” if they have everything, a call in order would be fine. but don’t go here for lunch break. Lol

Meh, for the price I expect better. The burger's from 2 of us were light on the Tzaziki sauce (about a quarter sized dab spread around). 1 of us had the wrap which was so greasy and not enough lettuce or avacodo. Had paid for mushrooms and got maybe 1/2 a shroom.Onion rings are good. The milkshake was $3.99 and might have been two scoops worth, it had a lot of milk and whip cream. I've had better from Sonic and Mooyah for cheaper. The manager came around near the end and asked us about the meal. We mentioned problems with burgers. We got a couple of nods and we'll do better. I doubt it. Try Mooyah or Simply, much better and a lot more for the price.

I was really excited to try this place but wow talk about horrible service. 30 minutes after ordering and still no food. Not 1 time did anyone say anything to me on how long it was taking. I was told 5 to 10 minutes when I ordered and told another 10 after I waited 30. I asked for a refund and the GM came and gave it to me. She never introduced herself or says she was sorry, she clearly has no clue being in the service industry. I normally would give a place a 2and chance as everyone has a bad day, but not this time. There just seems to be major service issues here and I dont have the time or desire to deal with them. Way too many other choices in the area for a hamburger.
