Our family had a very poor experience with Brett.

While at first he did seem attentive to our wants and needs for a property, the majority of the properties we saw were found by a member of our family, not him.

We decided to put an offer on a house (one that said member of our family had found), and Brett's guidance on what to put in the offer was completely off. I don't feel he has the negotiation skills necessary for the job.

Further, when some of our family expressed their concerns with him, he got aggressive and disrespectful. I wouldn't expect that behavior from a professional in any industry.

I know he has many positive reviews, but this is my honest opinion and I hope you take it seriously.
