Can there be more than a five star rating?
There are so many times when you get service and you feel like a number. On rare occasion's you come across a Person or company that truly MOVES MOUNTAINS for you.... This has been my experience with Ben Beesley at Beesley and Company and his lovely wife Victoria. Ben was referred to me by a co-worker that had the opportunity to work with him on the sale of their home. The moment I called Ben, he was pulling up stats on what would permanently be called "Mom's house". Not at any time did I feel any pressure to pick him as my realtor but I could tell immediately that he was a savvy go getter. Ben took the time to sit down with me and go over comps; the best price to list the home and options on how it could be sold. When I asked questions I could tell my input was important. He was patient when going into details and explaining anything I did not understand. He was quick to get back to me or let me know what was being done to sell the home. Mom's house had improvements that needed to be done like updating the sewer line and carpets. Ben was there for me every step of the way; finding the best solutions and prices. So many times I needed reassurance and so many times Ben and Victoria came thru. I could feel a genuine concern in the selling process from start to finish. I have to note that Ben is a negotiator like no other and Victoria is amazing in staging a home or following up on whatever is needed. I told Ben to use me as a reference if someone wanted to know what quality, knowledgeable and sincere service feels like... I was never a number and he is the exceptional realtor. I hope our friendship will go a long way.

We were so fortunate to have found Ben when the real estate market turned and we needed to sell our home. As our Realtor, his knowledge with the market and exceptional skill in negotiation helped us throughout the entire process.

Ben Beesley did an amazing job in finding us a home. During the craziest market in 2021, he was able to find us a great house for under asking price and a few other concessions, when other houses had bidding wars for much over asking price. And there is nothing seriously wrong with the house we got. The bones and infrastructure of the home are solid. Doesn't need immediate renovations either.

Even before we found the house, Ben was great to work with. He wasn't trying to just get us into any house, he taught us what the glaring Problems in houses were and why we wouldnt want to purchase homes suffering under those problems. He wanted us to get into a great home that fit our needs perfectly.

Before putting our first offer on a house, he had us come into his office where he explained every part of the offer in colloquial terms so that we understood what we were signing and what our responsibilities and deadlines were, rather than explaining things in legal speak. This made us feel much better about the whole process, as we are first time home buyers.

I will absolutely recommend anyone to working with Ben, especially friends and family, as I know Ben will treat them right. We plan on working with Ben in the future as we, if we decide to move or purchase more property.
