All I got are positive things to say about my experience dining here with my wife. We've never had Jamaican style food before. The flavors were all so exuberant. And the service we received was great. We got starters, entreés, and a dessert to share. Ended the dinner with a nice flavor hookah. Perfect place for a out of the ordinary date night!

The wait was long. I don’t know if it was because of the amount of people in our party that influenced that but I will say our server was attentive.

Once I got my specific plate, I was very pleased with the curry chicken although it was a bit salty. It was tender and well cooked. The rice and peas were also nice and soft…very tasty as well… I prefer the chicken just like it came, (boneless) because I can’t deal with the picking through the bones. I didn’t finish my meal so I am not sure if they were hanging out in there but the ambiance was amazing and the bottomless rum punch wasn’t the greatest in taste, UNTIL I tried it without ice and it turned out to be yummy. It went down smoothly...

The place seemed really great for date night! I’d go back!

I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty. This wasn't a bad thing at all because it made it easy to get our drinks and food and service was perfect.

We started off with oysters and mac & cheese from the app menu. The oysters were very flavorful and fried! (a first for me). I went with our server's suggestion for the spiciness level on the mac (spicy) and it was a 10/10. I can do heat but this wasn't spicy at all to me but had a great flavor to it. For dinner I had the jerk salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. All of it was cooked perfectly and packed so much flavor. We ended the night with a slice of peach cobbler cheesecake. The cheesecake was dense but in a good way.

Overall, the experience was amazing. They really made the entire night feel special with making sure our drinks were to our liking to fixing any wobbly-ness of tables. I am definitely coming back here again - there is so much more I need to try!

We came in on a Sunday night and stood around awkwardly for a little bit before the hostess who was seated in the back took notice to our presence. There was only like one other man seated at the bar. She seated us and the waiter came over to help. I ordered the jerk (honey) salmon entree. The salmon was giving thawed out with bottled seasoning on top. A few skinny and short pieces of asparagus. The mashed potatoes were good. Overall the food was not something I’d ever return for and definitely not at that price point. Music could have been a little lower. I forgot what I had to drink. It was very much okay.

The initial contact was superb!

The ONLY issue that I had was that the food took an EXTREMELY long time to get to us! A party of two came 20-30 mins... were given their food before us. And it wasn't appetizers...it was entrees.

Pros: The FOOD was ABSOLUTELY flavorful, hot, and a good serving size as well.

I'll definitely would return for some more mouth-watering options.

This food was delicious. They have a large menu selection and all the food seems Aunthentic with slight twists. They have Wray and nephew rum and Appleton drinks, good Jamaican music playing- better food than I expected for LA, servers were attentive but the wait time for everything was pretty long even though there weren’t a ton of people at that time

We got to the restaurant as soon as it opened, we were seated right away. Nice atmosphere, the food was really good, I expected the jerk to be super hot but it had just the right amount of heat. The Mac and Cheese was all That……Get it. Oxtail’s were good could have used a little more salt.
Cocktail’s were amazing, I definitely recommend a beautiful life Jamaican Kitchen.

We booked a 2 pm reservation and but got to the restaurant early due to unpredictable traffic in here. The hostess was so amazing and she seated us early. We were seated in the front corner with an all round view of the whole restaurant. This restaurant was a whole vibe. Our server was awesome I wish I remembered her name. The drinks were so good: I had a Thick as Thieves and my husband this spicy pineapple drink.

The food OMFG so so so so delicious. We started with the Ox Tail Mac and Cheese which I could have just eat this and been completely satisfied. I ordered the Stew Chicken plate and that too was so delicious. My husband ordered the Jerk Salmon plate and he loved it. He is very picky about his food and couldn’t get enough of it.

We have definitely declared that this will be our regular date night spot. Not just for the food but also the atmosphere. It was such a vibe. The live DJ was so on point that she had all of thinking we was at a concert.
