Dr Kozak takes his time to review all test while explaining and asking questions as he goes forward. I love the idea that he is very personal and lets you know his goal is to make sure the patient gets the best care he can give. He sets your mind at ease. He makes sure you have a chance to ask any questions you have. He lets you patiently voice your concerns also. Trust him with my life!!

This facility is one of the best facilities you could ever go to. This Doctor is amazing. The people at this hospital is amazing. You will never, ever have a better experience at this place. I had to wait a bit long to be seen but Dr. Kozak was very apologetic and gave me the reason for the wait. It was much appreciated because I have.experienced ones that just act as if you should be glad they were able to see you. So Thanks Dr. Kozak for proving them wrong!

Dr Kozak is the most amazing man/doctor! He is so humble but such a talented Surgeon. He is the Surgeon who fixes others mistakes. Also, he is personable and cute. (I can say that cause I’m old). lol
But seriously, I was so blessed to have him as my doctor. I am so thankful.

My wait was short. No one rushed me and the assistant was very nice. Dr Kozak came in just minutes after being sittied. He listened to what I had to say. Answered all my questions. Got me setup for what I needed for test.

I cannot say enough about what a great physician Dr. Kozak is. He checks all the boxes of excellence in all areas. He is a wonderfully gifted surgeon, yet is eager to embrace alternative solutions before ever recommending surgery. Should surgery be the ultimate solution, there is no one better in whose hands to find yourself. It’s a great blessing to have such sure confidence in a doctor. I am grateful that I can place that confidence in him!
