A&A is amazing!!! Especially Danny. I just opened my own jewelry store and wanted displays that weren't white, cream or black and A&A had exactly what I needed. Truth be told, I ordered my displays for my opening and there was an issue with my order. Instead of a phone call I got an email days later about my order. Well, I was super disappointing and stressed about the idea of not having my displays in time for my opening. I wrote a really cranky email about how I wasn't informed about my order sooner. This was a Sunday. Well, to my shock Danny emailed me on his day off to fix the issues. On Monday he fixed my order issues, I ordered extra items, and he made sure that it all got here in time for my opening. I never expect any business to not have hiccups (because we all do). For me I care more about how a company resolves issues than them being perfect. Danny went out of his way and his customer service was incredible. I will be a client for life! Not to mention that my displays look amazing. Everyone comments on them. Thank you A&A!!!

Just went and had the ring I bought from this place appraised for insurance purposes. Found out that I was sold a used ring that had been broken in 2 places and soldered together and in toof that resized. Have these people 1600.00 for a ring that's not worth 30.00 in material only. Don't trust these people, have your jewelry appraised if you have purchased from them. Someone should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers that way.

I was a little puzzled by the bipolar reviews. Either five stars or one star. Lazy reviewers? Well as it turned out the one stars were true for me this time. I thought, "I've already called the store confirmed they had the tool that I need how bad could it be? As it turns out more of the same. They didn't have my tool. They had a different version of it. Then charged me more money than they had quoted me over the phone. Customer service went out the window at this point. Literally trying to push me out of the store. I was like huh. I passively asked the guy when he would get the right tool in or if I could order one. His response was we don't do that sort of thing. I couldn't resist at this point I had to ask the same question in bizarrely different ways at least another 12 times. First he was annoyed then bewildered. Finally satisfied I left.

Worst store for jewelry supplies in DTLA. Dissatisfied with their quality of product, rip offs on the prices. Older gentlemen behind the register was rude, made it uncomfortable to even shop around. Never coming back, there's no reason to.

I bought two sets of master stones from them before. When they arrived, the stones were mixed up in both set. Long story short, they don't accept return by mail so I drove up to LA from SD to make this return. Customer service was unbelievably bad. Took me almost an hour to get my return completed. It was an awful experience

I had a very bad experience with the old man which happened to be the owner of that place. He was very very rude to me! The reason for me being there today was to pay my 3 days old memo for less than a hundred dollars. The old man which again happen to be the owner was very angry at me for "giving him extra work". I really don't understand why he was so angry if all i want to do is to PAY!
