Ashley Hehn is an amazing realtor with RE/MAX Property Source. She worked with my husband and I during our back-and-forth, should we or shouldn't we sell and buy. She was patient and really understanding. Since we were an hour+ away from the area we were looking in, she managed to get us a viewing for multiple homes on the same day during the hours we needed. We decided to wait until my husband retires before moving because of the travel distance and the price of gas, but when the time comes we will definately be using Ashley Hehn as our realtor. She truly was awesome!

Doesn’t even deserve this one star. From the beginning the realtor Olga took her time replying to our interest in a rental property. Taking several days to even get responses. When we did it was less than helpful and posed more questions with even longer times in between communication. After finally seeing the property one time and informing us the landlord would install a laundry unit for us ( after we told her we had our own and would be willing to install it ) we decided the property would suffice and we signed a lease. The day after we signed Olga emailed me with information that “was left out of the lease” but we signed already. About renters insurance and a few other minor details. Well okay we already signed the lease and those weren’t necessarily deal breakers so we proceeded. The day we moved in we were talking with the landlord who mentioned he was putting coin laundry in. He said Olga never mentioned we had our own appliances and that she told us about the shared coin laundry. Going back through emails and our conversation when we saw the property Nothing showed she mentioned Shared coined laundry. My partner and I are very upset and request a meeting with both the landlord and Olga. During this meeting she proceeded to lie to our face - explaining that she mentioned all of that during our second tour and also via email. We Never Had A Second Tour! I had already checked all my correspondence with her and nothing showed her claim to have told us.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and hope no one must deal with her or this company and their deceit.
