My daughter has Autism. I met Dr.Ellen for the first time when she was 4. My daughter cried at the entrance, she needed 3 steps to opened her mouth and check how many teeth she had. But everyone there was nice, and smiled. After first visit Dr.Ellen recommended more frequent visits for my daughter. For her to get used to the dentist. I really appreciate it.
Today was her 8yr check up.
She told me today after a tearless successful visit “Mom when can I come back to dentistry ?”
I love Dr.Ellen and there steps! Thank you ?

Dr. Ellen and her staff were amazing with my four kids! They were super sweet, gentle with the little ones, and they explained everything. My daughter who is fearful of pain, got through the whole check up without any tears because the team was so attentive and patient! Thankful for their excellent service to our family and the community!

Great experience all around. First time coming in and staff was super friendly. They were able to fit my daughter in for fillings same day as her cleaning, which was very convenient. My kids and I love their new dentist! Definitely recommend!

We love Dr. Ellen and her staff. I have two autistic and adhd boys whom have had some trying times with other dentists in the past. Dr. Ellen has such a gentle touch with them. She is a great communicator and does a wonderful job of motivating them to have good hygiene. She is so respectful to me and my boys, something that is lacking in many other professionals when it comes to dealing with autism. Her office has more modern equipment than most dentists and she is highly knowledgeable as to the treatment of the uncommon issues that seem to occur with my boys. They trust her completely and I absolutely trust her with my sweet boys. They love that they get to choose a movie when they get their teeth cleaned. They look forward to seeing her each time. They started seeing her when they were 10 and 6, they are now 15 and 11.

From the phone call to the office to ask a question to the first step into the door, Dr. Ellen Im and staff are the MOST Amazing, Professional, Kind, and Polite office and office staff, our child and my self and my husband have ever encountered! Our 6 year old has always been fearful of the dentist until the experience here. The staff is friendly, sincere, and gentle, making our daughter feel the most comfortable while performing her dental exam, xrays, and teeth cleaning. Ms Jenny, the hygienist, is the most patient, fun, friendly person, while working with a concerned 6 year old, explaining and letting our child assist by holding Mr Thirsty( the spit sucker). It was so comforting to know that when the polishing tool noise was not working for our daughter, Ms Jenny offered and used a special toothbrush for polishing/ cleaning the teeth, making this a more better experience for our daughter, without the instrument noise. A BIG Thank you to Dr Ellen who was able to perform our child's exam while explaining at a child level, when talking to our daughter, what was going to happen next, as she was performing the exam, paying extra attention to the teeth our daughter was fearful not to touch ( loose teeth) and why our teeth grow like they do. Our child is very much looking forward to /HAPPY to go to her next appointment at Dr Ellen Im , Orthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry, for her next dental appointment. Dr Ellen works with families diligently, placing a priority to build trust with our child, to help her become more at ease with the dental processes such as 6 month check up, teeth cleanings, etc. We are so thankful for this office and blessed we found them!! Thank you, Dr. Ellen and front desk/ clinical staff!!

I have three children and they all see Dr. Im. She is fantastic with them. They usually all get seen at the same time so there is no waiting. She is calm and patient and provides a very positive experience for everyone, including parents. Her staff a friendly and knowledgeable. We all love going here to this dentist office.

My daughter has been coming here a few years and customer service is always on point. She loves the dentist because of her experiences here. Even after getting crowns, she still likes it! Dr Im and her staff are always clear, communicative, fast, gentle and kind. Just wish we lived closer!
