Came in for a few procedures because this place came highly recommended, and i can see why! They were courteous, professional, and super clean!
Definitely look forward to coming back!
If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would! They provide the best quality service with high-quality experts.
My experience at I AM MEDSPA was amazing! Everyone is so sweet and their prices are amazing! I did my research and was scared and hesitant the very first time, but their staff is helpful. The staff made me feel comfortable, they were honest, and provided me with all the information I needed to know about the procedure. I would recommend it to friends as well as everyone else 🙂

Visited for the first time today for my first ever xeomin botox treatment for the masseter muscles due to severe clenching/jaw pain. 25 units per side cost $300 total.

Injector Alice was very gentle and also answered my questions. Could barely feel the little pinch from the needles. Scheduled my follow up appointment for a few weeks from now and will update review with my results.

I searched around and chose this place due to the good reviews and am looking forward to going back.

My partner and I saw this place had great reviews on Yelp and decided to give them a call to schedule an appointment for consultation on hair removal. It’s clean and well lit inside. They answered my partner’s questions and were knowledgeable on the process. Since he has thick Latino hair they let us know considerations that are taken for areas with brighter skin. They quoted us a reasonable price for one session vs multiple sessions and we were able to start his first session right after the consult. The first treatment for laser hair removal didn’t take long either. We were mostly looking to clean up the lines around the top of his beard and around his neck.

It might be confusing finding this place for the first time. Go to Don Melt, look to the right and take the automatic doors behind them. Look to the left and take the elevators to the 6th floor.

6/9/22 Edit: I saw that someone gave this place a bad review. These guys are chill. Make sure you don't confuse this place with another service in the shopping area, 17 MEDSPA. I walked in there by accident at first since they were on ground level and much easier to find. I can't say for what the other reviewer experienced since I was only at 17 MEDSPA briefly to confirm if I was at the right place. I quickly found out I was at the wrong one since my partner scheduled an appointment and 17 MEDSPA didn't have him in their system. The experience with the receptionist I spoke to at I AM MEDSPA would check with other staff to be sure she provided correct information for anything she wasn't sure about. Again, I can't say anything about 17 MEDSPA but my experience with I AM MEDSPA was great.
